How are you all doing? I have been thinking about you all for weeks now. I
saw your reply, Dennis. Thank you. :-) Sheldon, did you say you have
*things* coming out of every orifice? I'm only asking that personal
question because I have things coming out of some of my orifices too and
wondered if we are going through the same thing. You don't have to answer
me, especially if I'm being too nosy, okay? All of you, please feel free to
talk to me or vent or complain, etc. Hardly anyone posts here anymore and
it makes me so sad. :-( I miss the communication. I do I other people,
family and friends, that I can talk to, but it's so nice to be able to talk
here once in awhile. I won't bug you guys though. When you feel up to it,
please come here and talk. Peace and good mental health to you all!

I think my problem may have been too many pumpkin seeds. Who knows? I bought
a giant bag and I've been eating them like candy. If I eat too many I either
get sick that evening or first thing in the morning.

Otherwise, things have been pretty good up until that shooting in
Connecticut. Even though I'm a firearms instructor, and like to think I'm
part of the solution, not the problem, the whole thing depressed the hell
out of me and made me sick. But, like most I was glued to the TV and pretty
much addicted to the story.

I think you are part of the solution, Sheldon. Like you, the whole thing
made me very ill, but I had to, finally, glue myself also to the TV.
